With over 10 years of history in technology and website development, James has proven to be a successful entrepreneur. His works include developing and operating NorthieMedia, an advertising firm specializing in website development, as well as co-founding DailyHomeowner.com, a real estate website.

James uses Web technologies in practical ways to create highly sustainable, maintainable, accessible, interactive and beautiful Web sites for the Real Estate community. His goal is to bring social media to real estate and teach agents how to use it to market themselves and their listings online.

James also has a passion for blogging and has found a way of successfully working it into his career. He is a contributing writer for Zillow's GeekEstate Blog and has various other blogs across the web. His work has clearly spoken for itself in that he has won various awards as well as being featured in the book "Online Marketing Success Stories" by Rene V. Richards. However, James true success goal is to have thousands of e-Real Estate owners worldwide using his methods to successfully build, manage, and grow their own profitable online ventures.

Fueled by an interest in Real Estate and Stock Markets, Greg has established a strong foundation for his future by earning a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Economics. He went on to establish himself as a reputable Mortgage Broker as well as own and found Prime Mortgage Associates, LLC. He later co-founded DailyHomeowner.com. He has proven to us that you can turn your passion into your life's work.

Greg's educational background has allowed him to be more than successful. He has founded three companies as well as the current co-founder of ZIPVO. This experience has perfected his ability to develop business plans, sale strategies development, and implement marketing plans. He directs sales for critical clients, develops long-term relationships with existing clients, penetrates new markets in online Real Estate, and monitors customer satisfaction. Greg is our ultimate Product Guru.

Jason Provencher
Marketing Director / Lead Designer

Jason has more than 15 years experience in marketing, advertising, and communications making him the excellent choice for our Marketing Director. Jason is responsible for determining the group marketing agenda, setting the strategic marketing priorities, and continuing to enhance the marketing capability of the business at ZIPVO Corporation.

Earning his degree in Graphic Arts, Jason is an accomplished/award winning designer, with a unique balance of creative and technical expertise, coupled with a strong background in print, and web design. Throughout his career he has gained an understanding in the importance of knowing the long-term vision of a company and how to accurately and consistently reflect and strengthen that message in all visual and written communications.
